FPM2.1
Project dates: 1/1/09-12/1/12
Status: In process: Minimal Progress

Determine what data to collect on staff residences

  • Establish data on...
    • Type of housing
    • Number of bedrooms (any on first floor)
    • Condition of kitchen, bathroom/s, etc.
    • Condition of carpeting
    • Condition of roof
    • Furnace/AC
    • Determine what system to use to keep this data

FPM2.2
Project dates: 1/1/09-7/15/09
Status: In process: Significant progress

Get a status check on all staff housing

  • Collect all data as determined in FPM 2.1
  • Determine last time work was done (get approximate dates from staff)
  • Process the results of this study
  • Develop a ranking system for work needing done
  • Determine a system for corresponding with staff concerning work being done (when begun, when finished, etc.)
  • Develop a schedule for addressing housing needs arising from this first status check
  • Determine how often residences will be checked

FPM2.3
Project dates: 1/1/11-5/1/11
Status: On hold

Revisit tracking system to see if improvements needed

  • Ascertain if we are collecting the right data
  • Determine if we are using the right computer system for storing data
  • Decide if we have the right set of procedures to make the system work
  • Survey staff living in campus housing to see how they think the system is working
