To Do Checklist

To complete your application you’ll need to do the following items:

  1. Recommendation forms
  2. Transcripts – Request official transcripts be sent to the address below. If you haven’t yet graduated just send your transcripts after graduation.

Once we receive your transcripts and at least 2 recommendations, your file will go to the Admission’s Committee for review.

International students will also need to complete the following:

  • English Proficiency – International students are required to get satisfactory scores on either the SAT (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing), TOEFL, IELTS, English3 Gateway, or Duolingo.
  • Physical Exam – A medical professional must complete a physical examination for the student. The examination form they must fill out is found at this link.
  • Financial Certification Form – Your financial sponsor should complete the form found at this link
  • ​Sponsor’s Bank Statement – The sponsor’s bank statement must show proof of funds for at least one year of support.
