Join us to experience GBSC live and in person! This year we are offering not one but two VIP days!

VIP days will give you a taste of what life is like at GBSC. You will meet students, staff, and faculty, and have a great time.

VIP Day Gatlinburg

Dates
April 11th, starting after the last service of IHC and continuing until midnight.

Activities
A variety of fun activities across eighteen courts, including basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, gaga ball, nine-square, hockey, jousting, and more.

Prospective students will receive exclusive GBSC merchandise and a snack shack voucher.

Information sessions will be held for prospective students and their parents to answer college-related questions.

Activities
Thursday offers a variety of activities for prospective students. They can dive into sports with basketball, volleyball, and soccer tournaments, or opt for more casual fun with games like 9-Square or 4-Way volleyball. Music lovers can gather around a cozy fire for s’mores and songs, while bookworms can just relax at the Book Nook.

On Friday, guests can participate in the Symphonic Wind and String Ensemble or choir, learn more about GBSC’s academic offerings, and engage in interactive workshops in healthcare, ministry, and videography, or take a memorable trip around Cincinnati. The event culminates with a gospel concert and a much-anticipated Fun Fest, featuring a range of exciting games and activities.

Parents are welcome to join in any of the activities! There will be a special lunch on Friday for parents with the President and other GBSC representatives.

FAQs

How old does someone need to be to participate in VIP Day?*
Prospective students 12+ are welcome to participate in the VIP Day events. We do ask that a parent sponsor be present with prospective students under 14. Younger siblings and parents are welcome as well, but younger siblings may not be able to participate in some of the activities.

Do prospective students need to register?
Yes! They can by filling out this simple form.

What should prospective students bring to the Cincinnati VIP Day?
Meals are covered and we will have a bed or air mattress for everyone to sleep on. You will want to bring the following:

  • Enough clothes (Athletic/Casual and maybe one set of dress clothes)
  • Pillow, blanket, towel, and other overnight supplies
  • An instrument if they want to play around the campfire on Thursday night or with SWSE on Friday morning.

Can parents attend?
Parents are welcome to join in any of the activities! Also, there will be a special lunch for parents with the President and other GBSC representatives at the VIP Day event in Cincinnati.
