FAQs

All classes and assignments can be accessed through Buzz, our learning management system. Students can access Buzz at buzz.gbs.edu.

How does a student get their Buzz login information?
A student’s login information will be sent to their GBSC-issued email after their initial registration. If a student does not know their username or password they can email enrollment@gbs.edu to request it.

When do classes start?
Most dual credit classes start in January and August. A smaller selection of classes start in March, June, and October.

Typically this will be two weeks following the start of the semester. Add/Drop dates will be published on the GBSC academic calendar. Students can still withdraw from classes after the add/drop deadline, but a “W” will appear on their transcript and they may incur charges.

  2. Registration via email- If a registration visit isn’t an option or there are last-minute adjustments you can register students and make changes by emailing enrollment@gbs.edu.

How will students pay for their classes?
