MA in Ministry | Counseling Concentration

The Counseling concentration is designed to equip Christians to use counseling theory oriented by Wesleyan-Arminian theology. It does not lead to licensure.

The 18-hour Counseling concentration builds on the 18-hour MA Ministry core.

SYTH Systematic Theology Elective 3 hours

BITH612 Biblical Theology of Holiness 3 hours
Counseling Concentration 18 hours
PRTH530 Integration of Christian Faith and Counseling Theory 3 hours
PRTH531 Helping Skills for Christian Counseling 3 hours
PRTH532 Counseling for Relationship Distress 3 hours
PRTH533 Counseling for Behavior and Emotional Distress 3 hours
